We had the opportunity to meet in Dubai, the chef michelin star Atul kootchar, the Peruvian chef edgar stolen and me. he coordinately invited us to visit one of his restaurants in Munbai, in step to train the staff with a lot of history and latin culture, to create a menu in his new latin restaurant LIMA. It was one of our jobs in this trip, which we fulfilled with success, we arrived at the hotel MARRIOTT SAHAR and when we left we were filled with a lot of history and magic, the trip to the restaurant was to be in a movie, at the end the night came and we began to prepare everything. We had as guests movie stars from the boolewood scene, South America and government ministers indu. It was a very good experience both for them and for us, since we share knowledge and a lot of culture. We could share kitchen with the chefs of the restaurant NRI (North Indian real) Without a doubt the best indian food that there was food in my life, as well as the breads, dressings, spices, curries, teas. Everything was incredible. We had an event of 150 people to present the letter where the subject was Latin Peruvian food. We had requirements as vegetarians and allergists which we fulfilled as professionals. Without doubt I will return one day.

When I arrived in Doha – Qatar I thought about being able to demonstrate our culture on this side of the Middle East, which we are proud of, that which comes from the deepest part of our being, that which has a mysticism that speaks of a people disappeared but not forgotten. Our Inca culture, through the best way, something that we are always proud of and that represents us, the Peruvian gastronomy. Come join with my Peruvian compatriots to know a little more about how you live and eat being so far from our homeland , to get to know the market a bit more, I got to know the Ambassador of Peru Julio Florian, of whom he was very encouraged to share what we had, we coordinated in two meetings and we planned to carry out a Peruvian buffet night, celebrating the national holidays of July 28, which was a success to the due reception of 150 people who succumbed to all Peruvian flavors in a delicious buffet consisitia of ceviches, tiraditos, sautéed pork and more.An immense table desserts limenos as the sigh of Hierbaluisa, zambito rice, alfajores of white manjar, purple mazamorra. This was the beginning of other events that took place on the day of the Creole song, where it had to be done two nights in a row as it counted with the presence of various Arab leaders of the area and other neighboring countries to Peru.
